The Best Grilled Chicken Ever!
Saturday, May 17th, 2008Tonight my husband cooked on the grill while I went to the store to get fixin’s for cheeseburgers or chicken fillet sandwiches, take your pick. This turned out to be — in all honesty — the best chicken ever.
Before I left, I marinated the chicken in this:

It was a large package, probably 5-1/2 pounds, of boneless, skinless breasts, like you might get from Sam’s Club or Costco. I used about 3/4 of this bottle to cover the chicken breasts, turning them around good to fully coat them. The chicken marinated in the fridge for about 2 hours and then went on the grill.

WHOA! I had one of these on a whole wheat bun with lettuce, a bit of mayo and a few slices of vidalia onion. Knocked my socks flip-flops off!
