Totally Clean House

Written by admin on July 17th, 2008

“You didn’t throw away anything of mine!  Did you?”

You mean you wanted to keep that deer head?

I did take a break and eat some pizza.  Yum.

Princess of the Universe has a clean room.  We even hung up her dragon kite that she flew at the beach.

The upstairs bathroom is clean.   And, my boys’ bedrooms are “as good as it gets.”  I let them do much of their own cleaning.  :)  It’s an enter at your own risk sort of thing.

Now time to sit down and have a late-night snack and read a bit.  If I can keep my eyes open.

How much an hour do you charge anyway???

Just kidding - like you, I love a clean house, especially the kitchen - altho’ it gets messed up again quickly because I cook a lot. Guess it’s like painting the Golden Gate Bridge - as soon as it’s done they start over again at the other end!!

Here’s to sparkling homes - know you will certainly enjoy relaxing and enjoying the weekend as you look around at all your work Lynn. Loved the old photos and your cute running commentary. Well done.

Mary, that’s so cute about the Golden Gate Bridge!! I’m up this morning and really enjoying just walking around with my green tea and thinking, “all clean!”

Emily, thanks! I hope you are soon home safe and sound…

A clean house is so oddly liberating, despite the labor it takes to get it to that point. Nicely done. And your house is so beautiful and cozy-looking!

Thank you, Iris. It’s an old and very humble house, but it is comfortable and has a great personality! I feel very fortunate to be in it.
