And as far as the spiders....that web is awesome in the dark! We have them everywhere! Huge banana spiders from every tree as well as a complete invasion of black widows and brown widows....hanging in every possible corner, crack, and crevice...even in the house! {shiver} This year is the worst yet....I'm amazed that we've gone without getting bitten! I know ours can get quite big. Ours are usually green though. I don't mind spiders too much. I don't play with them as a rule, but I leave them be unless they get into the house.
