This evening I'm trying to catch up with blog friends - being away a month really put me behind - and on scrolling back further I've only just now read about your dear husband! I am so sorry this happened and I'm praying he is coming along fine now. I know some lifestyle changes are inevitable after a heart attack - I pray he will be strong and do all that's necessary to regain optimal health. I know you will be his watchdog and mentor, and your kitchen skills will definitely keep him eating in a healthy way!
