I don't think I've ever noticed that before. I'm wondering if mainly what I see around here are Mexican Burro's, which isn't the same thing, right? I just love these animals… I think the donkey gets a bad wrap; they are a smart and enjoyable animal. My jack is trained to stay in our yard and comes when I call.. He also gives the most wonderful hugs to my husband.. And about the cross, I once explained to a friend that my time for prayer is when I am out with my donkeys each day.. And that I have an alter made by god.. I am so happy I stopped in today…
