Linda, thank you. :) I'm wondering how your nature walk went. I've been wondering how you're doing these days as well.

Mary, thank you. You are so sweet. I have to be careful not to spend too much time on line. I have decided when the kids are grown that I want to work with computers in my empty nest years. I'm planning to go back to school, hopefully. Yes, I still want us to get together!

Ah yes, you make life peaceful and lovely Lynn - a visit to you is always a breath of fresh air.

Enjoyed your account of the visit to Noah's Landing - I'd not heard of it but know Coats isn't far from here.

I must tell you I was in town yesterday to meet up with a friend and visit another with a shop on E. King St. When I plan another visit I'd love for you to join us!

Your blog has taken on a whole new look again - you must remarkably clever with the computer!!

Lynn, thanks for stopping by and leaving another nice comment. I always love it when your name pops up. Have a super weekend...keep dh in that cozy house and stay warm!

That is so neat about the donkey's. I don't think I've ever noticed that before. I'm wondering if mainly what I see around here are Mexican Burro's, which isn't the same thing, right? LOL

Once again, I've loved coming here, it's so peaceful. I'm now off to go on a nature walk w/ my kiddo's thanks to you and your encouraging blog. :)

Jen, I was surprised that I'd never heard this before.

Louise, you have five of these? Wow! Some of us were talking about wanting to get some for pets. They are smart and capable animals.

I am so happy I stopped in today…

I have five Sicilian
donkeys (referred to as miniatures as well).
I just love these animals…
I think the donkey gets a bad wrap; they are a smart and enjoyable animal.
My jack is trained to stay in our yard and comes when I call..
He also gives the most wonderful hugs to my husband..

And about the cross, I once explained to a friend that my time for prayer is
when I am out with my donkeys each day..
And that I have an alter made by god..

Very neat, Lynn! They brought some of those donkeys to our school one time, but they called them Holy Cross donkeys. Aren't they cool?
