hi lynn,

how wonderful you found the typewriter! i learned on a manual one in high school, and i tell you, i'm still not used the the computer keyboard. it's too easy to hit another key!

love proverbs 31. i took a bible study at church based on it, and it was such an eye-opener and a blessing.

Hi Lynn,
I was feeling a bit nostalgic after reading your post. I plunked out some of my bast stories as a little girl on a manual typewriter. It was my mothers first typewriter. She had recieved it for a graduation gift from secretarial school an aunt and uncle. How fun for Michaela!
Visit again soon...
Hugs,
Diane

Oh yes, it's those little bursts of joy that keep us going, isn't it? I think the Lord delights in rewarding our patience and willingness to be content with what we have.

I remember my first typewriter, pecking away at the keys, writing stories when I was a little girl. Sweet memories. I hope Michaela makes many of her own.

Have a blessed day in the Lord!

Dear Lynn,

Hooray for typewriters! We have three old manual typewriters, in various states of disrepair. The girls absolutely love using them, especially when they work!

I'm sure Michaela's card will be kept always, as one of life's treasures.

Love,

Marqueta
