Things I Implement Daily for Breast Health:**
- 30 minutes of brisk walking or strenuous gardening
- 500 mg of black currant seed oil twice a day
- the use of olive oil
- 4-5 cups daily of green tea
- 1-2 tbsp of flaxseed oil daily
- fish oil tablets, one three times a day
- 5-8 servings of fresh fruits and/or vegetables daily
- dulse as a regular snack
- I stay away from unfermented soy completely
- abstention from coffee
- vitamin C — 500 mg tablets, 1 to 4 of them daily, 1 at a time throughout the day as it comes to mind
**Please note that I am simply posting what I implement for my personal use. I have many books that I read from and use for reference. I am also constantly checking for breast cancer/breast health news. I am not responsible for what you choose to implement or the outcome thereof. It is up to you to do your own reading, research, and decision-making.
