I bought a new juicer. A juicer is an appliance that I’ve enjoyed having around for years. The ones I had in the past were Jack Lalanne, but then one by one they bit the dust. They were fine, lasted a long time, and they did the job. Since the last one died a couple of years ago, however, I’ve not bought another one. This time I purchased the Breville compact juice fountain. The first couple of days I made my standard carrot-orange-ginger. It’s one of my favorites! Later I tried cucumber, celery, and carrots. This coming week I plan to pull out the recipe books and try some different things. A homemade V8 is wonderful! I will be sure and let you know how this Breville juicer holds up, but so far I love it. As with any juicer, you have to embrace the clean-up as part of the routine.
Enjoy this day!
