Continued Busy-ness

From The Tame Little Garden

I think I’m gonna be okay.

The Tame Little Garden is my office.  It’s where I spend the majority of my days.  The huge windows let in bright light.  I watch people walking by with their dogs or talking on their phones.  There’s something very soothing about it.  I have one very large pot that I’m still looking at, wondering what to put in it?  Could I have a miniature lemon tree inside in bright light?  What type of indoor plant would you recommend?  I want something that will get no taller than about 4 feet and it cannot be huge in circumference.

You have your homework.

Last night I began listing more pins.

I thought it only appropriate to give this lovely girl a brooch pin.  Don’t you agree?  I wonder what her name was.  Let’s name her!

Here’s a rose pin dressed in pink…

Or how about a rose pin dressed in blue?

Or slightly different…

I am still moving and tying up loose ends.  I took a large antique armoir to a consignment store this morning.  Whew!  So glad that’s done!  Yes I am.  I also took a large antique frame with a print that I love, but alas no room for it here.

Thanks so much for your continued encouragement.  I need to do some blog visiting, and soon the time will be available for me to do that again like I want to.  I do visit, but there’s not been much time for commenting.  I wake up early, move stuff, donate stuff, sell stuff, shuttle kids around, clean up, wash clothes, shuttle kids around, work 8 hours (how do I stuff that into the day!), do more unpacking, sorting, work on pins, have quiet time, read, bed at midnight, and then it starts all over again!

Still, in the midst of it all, I am so thankful for peace.

Enjoy this day!

Lynn
