What is Year of the Doll House? It was a year-long project here where I was devoted to playing dolls with Michaela every day. I wanted to engage in one-on-one playing for an entire year. We gained so very much from it. It was successful and created a lifelong bond and hobby for us: doll houses and miniatures.

Hello to everyone,
I adore your site but have fallen in love with the idea of ‘The year of the dollhouse’. I am a mother of 5 number 6 due in 12 weeks and have rather an eclectic family. One homeschooled, one flexi schooled due to aspergers and some in full time education. I will try the year long project as it will offer so many wonderful things for myself and my children but need to think of an activity for each child maybe.
